In some parts
of the country Toll Brothers will build
a custom home on the customer’s own
lot. However, most Toll Brothers homes
are customizable, meaning you can
incorporate a variety of options that
enable you to personalize your new home
in any one of our 200-plus communities
nationwide. In addition to selecting
flooring, carpet, cabinets and so on,
you can also add features such as extra
bedrooms or baths, a wet bar,
fireplace, great room, sun room, and

Do I have to join the golf club when
buying a home in a Golf Course
Community?
|
It depends on
the community. In some communities, a
golf membership is optional for each
buyer, although everyone who buys a
home in one of our golf communities is
automatically a social member. This
means that the buyer can elect to
upgrade to golf membership, prior to
all outside parties.
In communities where golf
membership is mandatory, the cost is
included in the purchase price of the
home. In some cases, home buyers may
elect another type of membership at the
club, taking on the dues structure and
privileges of the desired membership
classification.

non-golfer as well—including a deluxe

Summary, which offers choices in
flooring, cabinets, tile, and more.
